Refund Policy
A full refund shall be issued if Total Geek Squad’s team isn't able to resolve even a single issue for you within the first 14 days of the purchase. If there are one or more resolved issues, the fees for the Subscription Service will not be refundable. Notwithstanding this, Geeksquadonline LLC may, at its sole discretion and on a case by case basis, agree to a refund of fees after deducting charges for servicing the Customer (Partial refund). In an event where the customer wants to end the contract without any specific reason, balance amount will be refunded on the basis of a minimum of (50% of the total charged amount) x number of cases resolved by us.
